John Ciafone redefines "plaza"

This property has a great history of complaints. One of the most entertaining we have come across.
Definition of plaza per Merriam Webster:

Full Definition of plaza
1
a : a public square in a city or town
b : an open area usually located near urban buildings and often featuring walkways, trees and shrubs, places to sit, and sometimes shops
2
: a place on a thoroughfare (as a turnpike) at which all traffic must temporarily stop (as to pay tolls)
3
: an area adjacent to an expressway which has service facilities (as a restaurant, gas station, and restrooms)
4
: shopping center

John's garish billboard makes Saul from breaking bad look credible and ethical.

I await the day when him and his sibling or wife gets their subpeonas or more likely warrants. (is that why the good wife ended, and blue bloods sucks?)

Is he paying the annual fee for his crappy looking sidewalk awnings as is the law?

Redefining words is the new hotness. Notice how verbal disagreements are called "violence" now?

Garrish billboard and crappy canopies what's not to like? BTW That is a flimsy canopy with aluminum feet sitting on the concrete sidewalk. Not sunk into anything.

This is called a "Temporary Structure"...
